The OCMS™ is an application that runs inside of a web browser that gives you total control over a website. The OCMS™ splits the design of the site and places the layout into 'Templates'. We then use a SQL database to store and extract the content, and place the content into the requested page. When the page is rendered, we use a 'smart ' system to determine your connection speed, browser type, cached pages and images, to build the quickest page possible.
