Tinker-Tech, L.L.C. to become Orisis Software, L.P. and Orisis, L.L.C.

As of February 21st 2002, a new set of companies have been created to design and sell our products, such as the DataEngine. Tinker-Tech, L.L.C. owned and operated by Bryan Roberts will now become a company in the true sense. Orisis, L.LC. will have a new person to help spearhead the direction of the company, Rob Steinert. Rob brings many years of Loan and Mortgage industry experience as well as funding to move Orisis, L.L.C. into the eyes of the customer base we desire. With the creation of the new companies we will now have the manpower to support any IS/IT issues from software to hardware as well as the support staff for as long as we have customers.

At this time the new domain names and web sites are not complete. However, you can bookmark these two addresses : www.orisisware.com and www.orisissoftware.com. We have purchased both but have not made any decision of the final name.

Our current customers will be happy to know we are upgrading our web servers, sql servers, and mail servers - In addition we are purchasing private bandwidth. We expect to have all phones, data connection and the new office in Lake Jackson, Texas by the end of March.
