There needs to be a way to have the content languages as well as the system language to be in English, Spanish, French, etc.

Tinker-Tech is working on a design enhancement that will account for this.

For the System Lang issue :
DataBase table that stores Labels in English, as well as the alt for other languages.

For the Content Lang issue :
This is easily solved by copy DB's for each lang version.
